TF2 Team. Keep or Kill?

Ok with a string of pathetic losses due to us not being able to make numbers i'm ready to pull the pin on the team and drop us from the ladder.... So i'm going to throw up a poll and if you do vote Yes, then that is a promise your going to show up and participate. If you can't do that vote no. Anyone who doesn't vote in the poll who is in the team, their vote will be counted as a no...

So decide boys... it's time to get it sorted and man up, and stop embarressing ourselves...

i've enjoyed mosy of the matches we had, but the whole lack of enthusiasm and no one really wanting to work as a team makes it shitty. we should drop from the ladder and find something a bit more casual to play, preferably something that requires very few players to be enjoyable. bring back the sunday sesh!
